A Quick Cupcake Makeover

Here is a quick and easy party tip to turn plain old store bought cupcakes into something special.  We picked up some pretty pink & red cupcake liners and layered them over the boring white ones that came on the cupcakes.  Then we added our sweet lips ring toppers to the top and voila instant pretty cupcake! These lovely little cakes are now ready to dress up any bridal shower or bachelorette party!

Real Party Themes: Boudoir Bachelorette Party

Our little sister is getting married in August.  Given this occupation, we’ve been trying to dream up the most perfectly, perfect bachelorette party ever!  At first we were thinking of an all out crazy night on the town, by little sis just wasn’t into it.  No problem, enter plan B. After brainstorming themes that were both unique and fun, sassy and classy, we finally came up with the perfect plan!  A boudoir themed bachelorette party complete with a fun boudoir photo shoot for any of the girls who want to participate.  Talk about cool favors, all the girls will receive a cute little album to keep at the end with all their pics!

I happen do quite a bit of photography for the store, so I’m going to handle the photos.   For those of you who aren’t into doing the photos yourself, many photographers will be happy to come to your party and handle this part for you.  Follow along, I’ll be posting planning updates along the way.  Just in case you need some inspiration, here are a few of my favorite shots from past boudoir shoots.
